يستعمله موظفو بصمة وحدهم بحساباتٍ يُنشئها مشرف الفريق، ولا تسجيل ذاتي فيه

بيانات حسابك: اسمك، وبريد الدخول، ورقم جوالك، ومسمّاك الوظيفي، والبصمة واللون اللذان تختارهما لصورتك. كلمة المرور تُحفظ على الخادم مشفّرةً بتجزئة لا يقرؤها أحد

عملك: المهام وخطواتها، والتعليقات، والملفات والصور التي ترفقها بنفسك، وما تكتبه عن العملاء والفعاليات والمنيو والفواتير حسب صلاحياتك

جهات الاتصال: حين تضيف ضيوفاً لفعالية تختارهم من منتقي iOS نفسه، فيصلنا اسم ورقم من اخترت وحدهم، ولا يقرأ التطبيق دفتر عناوينك

الكاميرا: لمسح رموز الدخول عند باب الفعالية، ولتصوير عملٍ ترفقه بمهمة. لا تُرفع صورةٌ إلا حين ترفقها أنت

الإشعارات: رمز إشعارات الجهاز، ومعرّفٌ للتثبيت، وطراز الجهاز وإصدار iOS والتطبيق، وهل الإشعارات مفعّلة، وهل فتحت إشعار مهمة. يرى مشرف الفريق حال الإشعارات لكل عضو حتى تصل المهام إلى أصحابها

أوقات دخولك إلى الحساب

لا موقعك، ولا إعلانات، ولا تتبّع عبر التطبيقات والمواقع، ولا أدوات تحليلٍ من جهاتٍ أخرى. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نستعملها للتسويق

لتشغيل العمل وحده: إسناد المهام وإبلاغ أصحابها، والمراجعة، وأعمال العملاء والفعاليات. يرى زملاؤك ما تسمح به صلاحياتهم التي يضبطها المشرف

على خادم بصمة الخاصّ (DigitalOcean، فرانكفورت)، وصور المنيو والشعارات العامّة على Cloudflare R2، والإشعارات عبر خدمة Apple، والبريد عبر Resend، وتيليجرام لمن ربطه بنفسه. كلٌّ منهم يعالج ما يلزم لخدمته وحده ويلتزم بحمايةٍ لا تقلّ عمّا هنا

الاتصال كلّه مشفّر (HTTPS)، وجلستك محفوظة في سلسلة مفاتيح جهازك

ما دام حسابك قائماً. بعد حذف الحساب تُمحى بياناتك الشخصية خلال 7 أيام، ومن النسخ الاحتياطية مع دورتها خلال 30 يوماً. ويبقى العمل نفسه (المهام والفواتير) سجلّاً للشركة بلا اسمك

لك أن تطّلع على بياناتك وتصحّحها من «ملفّي»، وأن تطلب حذف حسابك من «المزيد ← حذف الحساب»، وأن تسحب إذن الإشعارات أو الكاميرا من إعدادات iOS متى شئت. نتعامل مع بياناتك وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة

إن تغيّرت هذه السياسة نذكر ذلك هنا بتاريخ التحديث

“Basma” (بصمة) is an internal work app for the team of Basma Al-Tatawor Business Services (Hail, Saudi Arabia), which is responsible for its data. It is published on the App Store by its developer, Yazeed Almalaq, on Basma’s behalf.

Only Basma employees use it, with accounts created by the team administrator. There is no public sign-up.

Account data: your name, sign-in email, mobile number, job title and the avatar mark and colour you choose. Your password is stored on the server as a one-way hash.

Your work: tasks and their steps, comments, files and photos you attach, and what you enter about clients, events, menus and invoices according to your permissions.

Contacts: when you add event guests you pick them in the iOS contact picker; only the names and numbers you pick reach us. The app never reads your address book.

Camera: to scan entry QR codes at an event door and to photograph work you attach to a task. A photo is uploaded only when you attach it.

Notifications: the device push token, an installation ID, device model, iOS and app versions, whether notifications are on, and whether you opened a task notification. The team administrator sees each member’s notification status so assignments reach people.

The times you sign in.

No location, no ads, no tracking across apps or websites, no third-party analytics. We never sell your data or use it for marketing.

Only to run the work: assigning tasks and notifying the people they’re for, reviews, client and event work. Colleagues see what their administrator-set permissions allow.

On Basma’s own server (DigitalOcean, Frankfurt). Public menu photos and logos on Cloudflare R2. Push notifications through Apple Push Notification service, email through Resend, and Telegram for members who link it themselves. Each processes only what its service needs and provides protection equal to this policy.

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), and your session is kept in your device’s Keychain.

While your account exists. After account deletion your personal data is erased within 7 days, and from backups as they rotate within 30 days. The work itself (tasks, invoices) stays as company records without your name.

You can view and correct your data in “My profile”, request account deletion in the app under More → Delete account, and withdraw notification or camera permission in iOS Settings at any time. We handle your data under Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law.

The app is for adult Basma employees and is not directed at children.
